Suggest Remedy For Itching,burning And Crusting In Lower Part Of Vagina

I'm 17 about 153 pounds and 5"4 I have crusting around my the lower part of my vagina, it itches and burns, and I have this brown stuff that is in between my lips it looks like mushy dirt and it has a musty smell also my discharge always smells like mash potatoes or some kind of food.I have a history of yeast infections but nothing to major. What's wrong with me?
