Suggest Remedy For Itching,burning And Oatmeal Type Discharge In Vagina

the other day my private area was itching, and then later it started burning, and now theres stuff that looks simalar to oatmeal comming out a little at a time.... im not sure what it is, and how serious it is.... but its really bothering me ... any idea what it may be?
