Suggest Remedy For Itching,pain And Yellow Discharge From Vagina

i was diagnosed with pelvic inflammatory disease and got treatment for it,but up to now i constantly feel itchy around my vagina and im discharging a yellow liquid in large amounts,i feel pain during sex and afterwards.if i go to the toilet after sex,which is most of the time i experience a burning sensation and it is painful.i am almost 6months pregnant.what could i be suffering from?
