Suggest Remedy For Itching,soreness And Foul Smelling Discharge From Vagina

hi i am 20 years old and have a very odd looking vagina as i get older the colour gets greyer. before it was just like a small area that was grey but recently it is all pretty much grey and is itchy and gets very sore quite often. it also leaves a discharge and doesnt smell good at all. should i be worried ?
