Suggest Remedy For Itchness In Clitoris

I go to the doctor regularly and just got tested for std's including aids(just to be safe). Im healthy and clean, however, I have an intense itch on my clitoris that just seems to irritate me later. The only way to get the itching to stop is to painfully ignore it. What can I do? Im having labiaplasty in a month, will that reduce the moisture and itching?
