Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bug Bites

How do I stop bed bug bites from itching? How do I prevent them from biting my kids? I can't use heat because I live in a duplex and we share he heating cost and I don't want the neighbor to pay for more then they use. And I'm embarrassed to sat anything to her, she always thinks I'm a bad mom the way I raise my kids. I'm a single mom and can't afford exterminators. What do I do??

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain itching in bed bug bite sites is due to allergic reaction to the toxic chemical that he has injected under the skin while it stung..
You can give them antiallergics like benadryl and apply a steroid ointment over the sting sites to relieve itching.
Cold compresses can also help.

To prevent bug bites you should keep the bedsheet and the room clean and free of bugs.
You can get pest control treatment done at home as well as you can you can use insect repellent ointments that can be applied over the body to prevent bite..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
