Hi dear ,

The symptoms you mention in query are due to skin irritation or skin allergy . Hot and humid environment always give rise to skin problems . I would suggest you to :-

Wash your skin with cold water and soft soap .

Dry it properly with cloth .

Take antihistamine like benadryl or take zyrtec as anti allergic .

Prevent your skin from high temperature and sun exposure .

If condition dosen't get well in 24 hours then consult dermatologist for proper examination and rule out skin infection .

Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin or metronidazole along with steroid ointment .

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes,
