Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bumps In Head

My three year old daughter came home from her grandmas and has little bumps on top of her head, on the back of her head and on the sides too. They itch and when I asked her if they hurt she said yes. What is this?? There is no red marks its like its from within her head.
