Suggest Remedy For Itchy, Pimple Like Cyst On Testicle

I have a pimple cyst chafing looking thing on my testicle.. Been there for years.. Itches like crazy sometimes. What is this? An what can I do to prevent or help this.. I ve been too the doctor twice about it, not said it was jock itch.. But doesn t seem to go away..

I really appreciate your concern, if the condition causes itching then it may be some skin infection because it is very less likely for the cyst that gives the itching, in my opinion it is advisable to try some steroid locally and best option would be "Mometasone cream" if this is the pure cyst then it could be warts and in this condition may needs surgery, hope this information helps.
