Suggest Remedy For Itchy Pimples All Over The Body

my skin is really bad I m almost 19 and i have to wear FULL sleeves no matter what its like outside It s full of marks from scratching and picking pimples and ingrowths at this point im covered with those marks from my upper arms to my hands, all of my upper back, my legs i can handle my face its not even that bad on my face, i just cover it up with makeup but i really need help with my body i cant let someone love me, cause im ashamed of my body i cant even take of my jacket sometimes i can never wear shorts i love swimming but where do u get a full sleeved and pants swim suit

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of itchy pimples all over the body which is due to hormonal changes, clogged pores of salivary glands and due to dead skin. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash your body with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. you should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Avoid any steroid based cream. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-abrasion, dermabrasion and chemical peeling. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course. Apply Clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide containing gel over the pimple. You should use anti-acne medications such as Isotretinoin which offers any chance of long term cure and there are no chances of recurrence.
