Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes On Scrotum After Taking Antibiotics For UTI

I was initially prescribed doxycilan, then 3 consecutive courses of amoxycilan for bladder, urinary tract symptoms. On taking this medication I developed an itchy, rashy scrotum, the skin on scrotum became thin, the feel and shape of the testis changed. The scrotum now has a dark red / purple look about it ( some days are worse than others). I have consulted 3 different doctors and a urologist over this outcome. When I bring up the questions about too much amoxycilan and side effects I sense the conversation being closed down. I am worried about my current circumstance which dates back to August 2014. My scrotum remains sore and at times uncomfortably itchy. The scrotum skin now remains thin and dark in appearance. Can you please advise me on what I can do?
