The most likely diagnosis of your condition is tinea corporis which is a fungal infection. You must avoid heat and humidity. Must keep the area dry.Avoid wearing wet clothes.Topical antifungal creams like sertaconazole may be used after consulting your dermatologist. Avoid oral antifungal tablets as they are not safe for you since you are breast feeding. Regards.
