General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your concern. The local reaction at injection site you have with itchy, red rashes , are many a times due leakage while injecting. Your doctor has seen it & still wants you to continue the medicine- that it is not very serious. - Continue with the injections & be in touch with the doctor regularly. - you can have second opinion of another hematologist-just to cross check & be tension free. - Platelet counts need to be checked as per doctor's advice, - Any incidence of breathlessness/ bleeding to be reported immediately. Thanks.
