Suggest Remedy For Itchy Red Spots On Skin After Taking General Anesthesia

I have just gotten an operation 2 weeks ago on my facial bone which require general anesthesia. Ever since then, I have had itchy spots on my buttock which refuse to go away till now. And now, my right hand and right neck has gotten small red itchy spots, which gets very itchy sometimes. It doesn t go away even when I use moisturizer or combiderm. Do I have an allergy to the general anesthesia used? How do I cure my skin from these itchy red spots?
