Suggest Remedy For Itchy Skin On The Forearm

I have severe itching on my left forearm. Nothing topical, but feels like it is under the skin. I want to scratch it with a wire brush it itches so bad - i do have several lipoma fat tumors in the arm - but these are not what itches. It comes and goes - not constant
