Suggest Remedy For Itchy Vagina

i just started having a very pale colour on my knickers. it is very little. i am only 12 and i have started to get bad stomach aches and my vagina gets a bit itchy. it started when i was itching my vagina and then i wipped and there was blood. i put a pad on for 2 days now and there has been a very pale little brown stain. i have also been getting headaches any feeling tired. my mum started her period when she was 16. i have been acting a bit different these past 2 days. i have public hair and my breasts have grown to a 32B. have i started my period?
