Suggest Remedy For Itchy Vaginal Polyps

I have noticed that I have tiny pillar-like growths on my labia minora which are itchy but not painful. They look like little fingers and are about 1/16'' tall. I have been tested for STD's but nothing showed up in the tests. What are they and how do I treat them?
