Suggest Remedy For Itchy,swollen White Bumps On Leg

I have about 8 small white bumps on my leg. Each white bump is surrounded by a dark red circle and then the whole area around all the bumps is a light red. All together it is bigger than my hand. It is very itchy and was a bit swollen the first two days. About 3 weeks ago I had a similar reaction on my arm.
