Suggest Remedy For Joint Muscle Pain In Breast Feeding Woman

I am a breastfeeding mother and my my right hand joint and muscle has been painting me so badly for the past 2 months and sometimes I can t lift up anything with it and sometimes my neck vain

Hi.

I would recommend rest, a compresdive bandage and an ice pack at times. But the issue could possibly be related to a nutritional deficiency as well (e.g. vitamin D). So visiting a doctor to get elaborately evaluated should be wise, especially as you are breastfeeding and require more nutrition than usual.
