Suggest Remedy For Joint Pain In Fingers

I am 44 yrs of age, male, working in a slightly stressful environment. Am suffering from joint pains in fingers of both hands for a little less than a year or so. My joint pain started around the time my dad s health started deteriorating. At times there is a slight shooting pain that i feel in the fingers which stops in a few moments. Had approached a rheumatologist. He had prescribed Tab - Etova twice a day and Tab - Franxit once a day alongwith Cap - Pantoplex once a day, for a period of 2-3 weeks. The pain reduced but did not disappear. I stopped the treatment. However, have started taking a glass of warm water with honey and a small spoon of cardamom powder daily morning on empty stomach. I had taken the RA Factor test and that was normal. Of late, from about a couple of months the pain has increased in intensity and seems to be spreading to the wrist as well. Please help, thanx.
