Suggest Remedy For Joint Pain, Tiredness And Poor Circulation To Lower Extremities

I am a 38 yo male in past year i have gone from healty running 3 miles a day to haveing hard time making it thru work now I have had a cardiac episode in july spent one night in icu on nitro drip just to find out i had inflamation around heart and sent home I have had bak pain for 2 years d/t trauma tx vicodinfor that now i am haveing all over joint pain extreme tiredness all test done WNL except ESR @40 for 3 weeks and went down to 6 for 1 week now back up to 30 my cbc normal my bun 19 crea 1.4 ast 40 tp 8.3 urca 8.5 my ua WNL I have had hypertension but take lisinipriol hctz 20/25 1 x day and metoperol 1 x day also on gemfibrizol for high lipid i take 1 81mg asa daily.. I dont think i can stand this getting worse I am a medic and work in hosp and also for fire dept and missing alot of work , symptoms are getting worse im always tired no matter how much sleep i get i also take 40 mg omeprozale 2 x daily for acid reflux small hiatel hernia found upon scopeing upper gi. I have had problems with poor circulation to lower extremitys several times over life time nothing emergent family hx of pad , hypertension, cardiac MI so now im stuck drs seem like im just a baby and i know the type I deal with them daily but thats not me I love my job and working what should i do next.
