Suggest Remedy For Joint Pain With Difficulty In Physical Movements

Sir i am sachin 23 year old .Having joint pain as well as swelling in finger and fever is also comming.i checked uric acid level:5.6... and i am had hydrocele problem now it is normal can it couse this proble... please give me suggesion... what should i do ..... this pain come every time ... i am finding difficulty in walking also
