Suggest Remedy For Joint Pain

hi, my name is Seth im 23 and ive been sick for about six days now. I had a fever and headache and sore throat, but now my problem is that im left with joint pain, especially the tendons in my feet. Ive been to the doctors twice once i saw a pa who gave me some flu meds and asked that i do blood work and i did. then she called the next day saying i needed more blood work done because i had a high level of liver enzymes. so i got more done and it checked out fine, but i still have the joint pain. so then she set me an appointment with a real Dr who checked me out didn't say he had a clue what i might have and just said i needed more blood work and an ultrasound of my liver and gallbladder. i cant miss any more work and im afraid these people dont know what they are doing (its not a clinic but its one of those get in quick kinda things) and i dont have any money to waste just looking for any advice at all thanks
