Suggest Remedy For Joints Pain During Pregnancy

At about 25 weeks, I start to feel bad joint paid at my right knee, soon after, both my wrists and all my finger joints start pain, especially so when I just wake up from bed both of my hands (the finger joints) also pain till cannot hold a fist. Is all this pain cause by my pregnancy? Will it be recover after delivery. Can't live with this pain and it is affecting my daily work. Please help
