hi this is siva my grandfather has some problem in kidney our family doctor said test PSA and the result is 4.64 then the doctor said trus guided biopsy presently we are in vijayawada which doctor can do this test.can i know famous doctor for nephrologist in vijayawada city

Hello! It is not clear from your question whether the doctor suspects a problem in the kidney or the prostate gland. PSA is done to evaluate prostate status. Your grandpa's PSA is 4.64 which is minimally elevated probably due to mild inflammation in the prostate. I would advise you to get an ultrasound examination of the abdomen and then meet a urologist.
