Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain And Brusies

Im not sure what ive done to my knee but its really angony when straightend out or when its straight and pressure is on it, my knee clicks everytime i move which it never used to do its a little bruised and quite red and im worried as im working tomorrow and my work involves alot of walking and standing around. What do you suggest?
