Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain

I broke my leg from skiing when i was a little kid. Ive been playing sports in school. Now im 25, my knee hurts badly after i jumped from a bench to a sidewalk. Hurt when i bend it or going upstairs and all that. Please help me. The pain is in knee part area and it started to throbbing and sharp pain.
