Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain

On Thursday 6 days ago on the bus I slipped of my seat and fell on my knee directly. I was limping at the time but recovered less than an hour later. Until today my knee only hurt when I hit it hard on something on the edge of my knee. Today though when I climbed and decended stairs my knee hurt and the same thing when I ran at full speed. Please help!
