Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain

dear sir, Iam 32 old female I had c/s 7 months ago and now Iam having knee joint pain when I check my weight Iam 83 kgs before pregnancy I was 74 Iam shocked and now I really cant move my knees as an old lady I started to walk 20 minutes and started to eat arabic bread i,e. brown bread with vegetables please help me how to heal with this main and lose weight
