Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain

I currently am experiencing pain in/around my knees. When I wake up in the morning, there is no redness on the inside part of my leg/knees, but after I take a shower, there is redness. At first, I thought it might be a circulation problem. There is no pain in my knees when I walk.
