Suggest Remedy For Knee Pain

HI doctors...My name is Rohit..I hurt my knee around 4 years back and a ligament tear....was plastered for about a month then and things went to normal....but for the last few days I am again experiencing pain and problem with normal motion with the same knee...please suggest
