Suggest Remedy For Large Bumps Vagina

I keep getting large bumps on my vagina so I keep picking out my pubic hair and there s some white stuff at the root when it s out. Sometimes I also bleed afterwards. I have no idea what these bumps are and what is on my hair and I don t want to have an infection. What is this and what can I do to prevent it from getting worse?
