Suggest Remedy For Lesions And Small Sores On Penis Shaft

hi I had unprotected oral sex a fortnight ago. About 5 days later I developed lesions and small sores on my penis shaft. I have used Neosporin cream now for over 5 days but these have not healed though the initial inflammation is now reduced. A couple of sores are also on the penis head. There is no difficulty in urination or any other symptoms. Could you suggest a possible diagnosis and cure?
