Suggest Remedy For Lethargy After Taking Abilify?

I have been finding that I am agittated and talk loud and am having brain fog. My psychiatrist has me on 90 mg of Cymbalta. Initially at 60 then increased to 90. I have been on them for a couple of years. After a while having frustration of not being organized and just plain having difficulty to do my work, i was then tried on 10mg of Vyvanse and then increased to 20. As my phych dr has now moved out of town and I have to see my GP, she took me off the Vyvase and has started my on Abilify 1 per day in morning which makes me lethargic and yawning and sleepy all day. Then I am up to 2-3 in the morning.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are not having an appropriate response to the the abilify then you may need to speak to your doctor about changing it.

He or she may change it to an alternative that may better suit you.

You may need to seek another psychiatrist for treatment.

I hope this helps
