Suggest Remedy For Light Period And Spotting

hi i am 21 and have 2 children i have been on the pill since i was 15 i have had my free week and had a small period only last a couple of days. i have been takeing my pill for ove a week now and have started spotting whaat does this mean???? never happened before???
