Suggest Remedy For Light Periods And Pimples On Face

Dear sir, im 20 years old unmarried girl.. my period is lasting just for 1 and half days.. it is suppose to last for 3 days.... what can be the reason behind it.??? is it a serious issue..??? even im having a lot of pimple problems on my face.... im in need of decent advice... plz suggest me how can i recover...?
