Suggest Remedy For Light Periods

I have missed my period for 2 weeks and had a few symptoms of early pregnancy and did a hpt, this came back negative. yesterday i started my period but now it has finished and i don't usually have a period for one day. i am really worried, please can i have some help/advice?
