Suggest Remedy For Little White Bumps Near The Vagina

Hello, I was treated for a bump on my outer lip with this medicine that they told me was an acid, well some of it dripped lower and it burned really bad as she said it might and when I left, the area where it leaked onto was tender and was that way for 2 days when on the 3rd day I decided to look because I scratched and it hurt and I saw that it was really red and almost raw and went to the Dr again about it thinking it was from the acid. She said she wanted to test me for herpes to rule it out and till then to use a triple antibiotic on it, well sense using the cream the redness and pain went down and I got my results and it came back negative as well as the std tests I had done. Well I noticed when putting the medicine on that there was a raised line that itched next to the opening of the vagina and then I saw just a little lower from the bump treated were tiny little white bumps that itched really bad. I m not sure what s going on, but please help me
