Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You seem to have lip vitiligo which is a pink to white discoloration due to loss of melanocytes/ pigment cells. Treatment is difficult and long term. I suggest you to use a lotion form of protopic (contains tacfolimus), over which you can wear lipstick at work after the medication dries up. In addition I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream/ ointment for night application. Another option for medication resistant lip vitiligo is to go for permanent tattooing/ camouflage.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
