Suggest Remedy For Low WBC

I have received results of a full blood test today and have been told I have a low white blood count and need to repeat the test in 2 weeks. I am 53 years and currently having prolonged and heavy periods - I have had an initial internal ultrasound and a follow up last week and they have found 2 cysts on my one ovary which have not enlarged - I am really worried can you give me some indication about the blood count as I am not seeing my doctor until next week

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Low WBC is possibly nutritional.
2. Vit B12 deficiency is common cause.
3. Bone marrow evaluation necessary. Associated anemia will be present. Need further details for detailed opinion.
