General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The low appetite of your son can be related to the cold.
I recommend to give him a multivitamin supplement which should contain vitamin C.
Vitamin C can boost the appetite and increase hunger.
I also suggest to give him small portions of food frequently.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
