Suggest Remedy For Low Back Pain With Spasms In Neck And Pain Between Shoulders

Hello, I am a 50 yo female with low back pain that started yesterday after a day gardening. By last night, i had spasms up into the left side of my neck. Today, i have burning in the soles of my feet and pain up between my shoulders. I am taking Skelaxin. Any other thoughts? Would massage help?
