Suggest Remedy For Low Blood Pressure

Hi, ref blood pressure, I consistently have both a low systolic reading and a low dialstolic reading. Just this morning my readings were 90/45. I have always had low blood pressure. What I really want to know is whether the large difference bewteen the two numbers is a matter of concern as I have read that the normal difference in value should only be 30.
