Suggest Remedy For Low Blood Sugar Causing Dizziness
I am non-diabetic, but, about one a month, maybe more, my blood sugar goes down very low (ones), I feel very dizzy, wet, and like I am going to faint. After having some sugar, things go back to normal. I don't like sugar, but, I do eat at least four fruits per day.
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern... Yes low blood sugar can cause dizziness. First of all this is not much a problem. You should change your diet schedule a bit & you would be okkay. First of all never skip your breakfast. Try to have your breakfast within 1 hour of your waking up. Take healthy beverages like fruit juices would help as they are rich in natural sugars. You should also take your lunch or breakfast on time. More than 5-6 hours gap between meals should be avoided. If you don't like sugar, you could use sugar candy or beverages rich in sugar(like fruit juice, cola) at time of low blood sugar
Refer to a physician, if problem persist Hope this helps
