Suggest Remedy For Low Grade Fever And Abdominal Cramps

I am having SGPT level of 88 and WBC of 11000 and my doctor has prescribed me Ursodiol, Cefpodoxime 200 mg, Librax (chlordiazepoxide HCI clidinium bromide), and Pantox D (pantoprazole D). I have been having suffering with very low-grade fever and having abdominal cramp and spasm. Should i take complete rest or shall i continue going to office and what food should i take.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your description and medicines you are taking you should take complete bed rest until it improves a bit.
Please follow these guidelines along with medicines as your doctor advised
You should take soft diet consisting of lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
Have plenty of fluids including ORS, fruit juices and lemon water

Please write back to me with more details like your age and relevant medical history so that I will be able to tell you more accurately.
Best wishes
