Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdominal Pain
Following a softball game I have pain that in my lower abdomen area right at the beltline. First couple of days very painful and difficult to walk. Let up as the week went along. The following week I played softball again and the pain returned as intense as before.

Hi, thanks for posting your concern in the HCM.
You were having blunt trauma in abdomen.
You should have a CT scan or at least an USG of your abdomen at the earliest.
For temporary pain relief you may have paracetamol tablet ( 500 mg for average built adult).
