Suggest Remedy For Lower Back Pain And Bloating In Stomach

okay, well last month i had my period on dec 20 and it was abnormally lighter than usual and it only lasted about 4 days with a little pink discharge for a couple days after that and towards the begining of december i had been having dizzy spells for about a week, to the point that i could barely walk.. it felt like i was going cross eyed. well at the beginning of january i started having this tight pulling feeling like something was stretching my uterus. it felt like it was just constantly tight and pulling and a couple weeks ago i would get a pinch under my belly button every once in a while. well i have on avg a 35 days cycle and i was suppost to start my period on the 23rd but it didnt show up.. and usually a few weeks before my period my boobs start hurting mostly my nipples.. well this month that didnt happen.. last week i got a slight muscle like ache in my boobs and its only been hurting when i have my bra on, they feel heavy and full and i had a faint positive on a pregnancy test on the 24th. well yesterday i started having brown discharge and immediately some blood after that but it wasnt heavy like usual onmy period.. again its been lighter than usual. ive had blood clots and everything the blood has been slimy kind of.. i havent taken another pregnancy test since the 24th. i am still feeling the tight pulling feeling along with terrible backpain, and my uterus is sensitive to the touch.. my husband put his leg on me when we were sleeping and it hurt so bad i jumped and it woke me up. i am also losing weight but i have an odd bloat that looks like a pooch on my belly and its firmer than usual. can you please help me figure out what is going on before i waste any money or anything.. is it just a normal period? or what could be wrong?
