Suggest Remedy For Lump At The Bottom Of Left Rib Cage

i have a rubbery lump at the bottom of my left rib cage. it has gotten a little firmer and is now sensitive after pressing on it. etc. Its clearly visible. I went to teh dr awhile back and they said it was fat. I'm not a fat person - but it has grown since then. I don't know who to go to now because it has progressed.

Remedy-
As your doctor has already opined as Fat and as you are worried as its progressing, I would advise you to have second opinion the facts of your query and observations.
Consult ER Surgeon who would confirm if its the lump or just the fat as opined by your doctor and would tell if its the fat in the abdominal wall which is growing or the Lump which is growing,for which you appear to be really worried.
