Suggest Remedy For Lump On Head Post An Injury

I bumped my head really hard on my granite counter tops about an hour ago. I was kneeling looking through a cabinet and when I stood up I hit full force. The top middle/left of my head. I felt the jolt into my upper jaw and saw stars momentarily. Now dizzy and tired. Slight pain throbbing. Probably a mild concussion??

hi.

do you have any loss of consciousness at that time? observation and application of cold compress will do for now. if you have any occurrence of vomiting, loss of consciousness, persistence of swelling and pain, a consultation with your doctor is best for clinical evaluation. yes, it could just be a concussion or a contusion. other intracranial problems (i.e. bleeding) must also be ruled-out. ct-scan may be of great help in ruling out those problems.

hope this helps.

good day!!
