My boyfriend has a lump on the right side of his throat that swells and returns to normal. We are concerned it has to do with his lymph nodes. He also gets stabbing pains up to his ear on that side. Someone suggested that it could be a blocked tube to his ear.
Can u see the lump and if yes where exactly. N no of lumps originate in neck. But those that disappear and appear again and give rise to pain need to be dealt with. Stabbing pain means infective process or nerve impingement. Basic get an ultrasound neck done. U can be put on antibiotics, anti inflammatory..
